Product Assembly
Most powersports vehicles require some level of assembly before they can be safely operated.
Assembly requirements vary depending on the vehicle and may include components such as wheels, handlebars, mirrors, batteries, brakes, suspension components, fluids, or other parts.
If a customer chooses to assemble a unit independently, the customer accepts responsibility for the proper assembly and inspection of the vehicle.
Improper or unqualified assembly may void warranty coverage.
To maintain applicable warranty coverage, assembly should be completed by a licensed or certified mechanic where professional assembly is required.
Customers should keep the receipt, invoice, or other documentation proving that assembly was completed by the licensed mechanic.
Do not operate the vehicle until it has been completely assembled and inspected by a certified mechanic.
The mechanic should verify that all bolts, fasteners, controls, brakes, fluids, electrical connections, wheels, and other components are installed and functioning correctly before the vehicle is operated.
Where HHH Power Sports offers assembled units, customers are still responsible for inspecting the vehicle before operation and following all manufacturer safety, maintenance, and operating instructions.
