Shipping Policy

NOTE: Vehicles may ship separately from parts, accessories, or other merchandise.

HHH Power Sports uses third-party freight carriers for many powersports vehicles and standard parcel carriers for eligible parts, accessories, and smaller products.

Shipping methods may vary depending on the size, weight, destination, and type of product ordered.

Freight delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, weather, holidays, order processing, and distance from the applicable distribution or shipping facility.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information and a valid working telephone number when placing an order.

For freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment.

Orders may require additional processing time before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, carrier transit times are outside the direct control of HHH Power Sports.

Orders cannot be cancelled solely because a carrier experiences a reasonable transit delay after shipment.

Shipping Area

HHH Power Sports ships eligible products within the United States, subject to product-specific and destination-specific restrictions.

Certain powersports vehicles may not be available for shipment to particular states because of emissions requirements, registration restrictions, manufacturer requirements, or other legal limitations.

Customers should review the individual product page before ordering.

Shipping availability may also differ for:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. territories

  • Remote locations

  • Islands or locations requiring special freight service

  • International destinations

Free Shipping

HHH Power Sports offers free shipping on eligible products and orders where specifically advertised.

Free-shipping promotions are subject to the conditions shown on the product page or during checkout.

Free shipping may not apply to every location, vehicle, freight service, remote area, or special-delivery requirement.

Additional charges may apply when special freight handling, remote-area delivery, residential services, or other carrier services are required.

A product advertised with free shipping still has an underlying transportation cost.

If an order qualifying for free shipping is later returned, cancelled after processing, refused, or otherwise sent back to HHH Power Sports, applicable original and return freight costs may be deducted from the customer's refund where permitted under these terms.

Expected Delivery

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and product.

Most orders require processing before being released to the carrier.

Freight deliveries may take several business days after shipment.

Delivery may take longer during:

  • Holidays

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier delays

  • High-volume sales periods

  • Remote-area deliveries

  • Product preparation

  • Assembly services

  • Address-verification delays

Any estimated shipping or delivery date displayed on the Website is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Customers should not schedule mechanics, travel, registration appointments, or other services based solely on an estimated delivery date.

Freight Delivery

An adult 18 years of age or older should be available to receive and inspect freight deliveries.

Before signing the carrier's delivery paperwork, inspect the shipment carefully.

Check the crate, box, packaging, and vehicle for visible signs of damage.

If you notice damage or missing items:

  1. Write the damage or shortage clearly on the carrier's delivery receipt.

  2. Take clear photographs and videos of the packaging and damaged area.

  3. Keep all packaging, crates, boxes, and damaged parts.

  4. Contact HHH Power Sports as soon as possible.

  5. Provide any documentation requested for the freight or warranty claim.

Do not sign a freight delivery receipt stating that the shipment was received in good condition if you can clearly see significant damage.

Photographs and delivery documentation may be required to process a shipping-damage claim.

Minor Shipping Damage

Minor cosmetic shipping damage may not automatically qualify the entire vehicle for return.

Examples may include small scratches, minor plastic damage, or other replaceable cosmetic components.

Where appropriate, HHH Power Sports may provide replacement parts or help the customer submit a shipping claim instead of requiring the entire vehicle to be returned.

Customers should document any damage before removing or discarding the original packaging.

Refused Deliveries

Customers should not refuse a shipment without first contacting HHH Power Sports unless the freight shipment has serious visible damage that makes acceptance unreasonable.

An unauthorized refusal may be treated as a customer return or cancellation.

Where permitted, costs associated with an unauthorized refusal may be deducted from the refund, including:

  • Original shipping or freight costs

  • Return freight charges

  • Carrier fees

  • Restocking fees

  • Other applicable expenses

Return Policy

HHH Power Sports accepts eligible returns within 30 days, subject to the conditions below.

All returns must receive prior authorization from HHH Power Sports.

A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning merchandise.

Packages returned without a valid RMA number may be refused and returned to the customer.

Freight-collect and COD return shipments will not be accepted.

Return Requirements

To qualify for an eligible return:

  • The return must be authorized by HHH Power Sports.

  • A valid RMA number must be issued.

  • The product must be unused.

  • The product must be returned in its original crate, box, or packaging.

  • The product must remain in resalable condition.

  • All manuals, accessories, documentation, promotional items, keys, hardware, and components must be included.

  • The product must be packaged securely for return transportation.

  • The customer must provide valid return tracking information when requested.

Products that have been ridden, fueled, registered, modified, damaged, abused, improperly assembled, or otherwise used may not qualify for return.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is not covered under the standard HHH Power Sports return policy unless HHH Power Sports specifically agrees otherwise in writing.

Customers are responsible for paying the cost of returning eligible merchandise.

Original shipping or freight charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund.

If HHH Power Sports arranges the return transportation, the applicable return freight charge may also be deducted from the customer's refund.

Customers are responsible for packaging the returned item properly.

Any damage that occurs because a product was improperly packaged or secured for return may reduce the refund amount.

Restocking Fee

Eligible returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the item price.

The restocking fee covers costs associated with receiving, inspecting, handling, processing, and preparing returned merchandise.

Additional deductions may apply for:

  • Missing parts

  • Missing accessories

  • Missing documentation

  • Product damage

  • Packaging damage

  • Return freight

  • Original freight

  • Other applicable costs

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by HHH Power Sports.

The item must meet the applicable return conditions before a refund is approved.

The refund may be reduced by:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges

  • 20% restocking fee

  • Missing-item costs

  • Damage-related deductions

  • Other applicable charges

Please allow up to 10 business days for an approved refund to be processed after the applicable return or cancellation has been completed.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Gas-Powered Vehicles

Gas-powered vehicles require special handling.

Vehicles or components containing gasoline or other hazardous fluids may be subject to shipping restrictions.

A vehicle that has been fueled, operated, ridden, or otherwise used may not qualify for return.

Do not attempt to ship gasoline or another prohibited hazardous material through a parcel or freight carrier contrary to applicable carrier or federal regulations.

Contact HHH Power Sports before attempting to return any gas-powered product.

How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact HHH Power Sports or submit a request through the Customer Support section of the Website.

  2. Provide your order information and reason for the return.

  3. Provide photographs, videos, or other documentation if requested.

  4. Wait for HHH Power Sports to review the request.

  5. If approved, obtain your RMA number and return instructions.

  6. Package the merchandise according to the instructions provided.

  7. Clearly display the RMA number on the return packaging where instructed.

  8. Send HHH Power Sports the return tracking information.

Do not send merchandise back until the return has been approved.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after the order is received, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Once the merchandise has been processed and shipped, a normal cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a customer cancels or refuses an order after shipment, the refund may be reduced by:

  • Outbound shipping or freight charges

  • Return shipping or freight charges

  • Restocking fees

  • Other applicable processing costs

Assembly, registration, documentation, preparation, or other services already completed may also be non-refundable.

Missing Items

If an item, accessory, component, or part appears to be missing from your shipment, contact HHH Power Sports promptly.

Before reporting a missing component, check:

  • All packaging

  • Inside the vehicle crate

  • Accessory boxes

  • Under protective materials

  • Attached storage compartments

  • Hardware bags

  • Documentation packets

Some components may be packed inside or beneath the vehicle for safer transportation.

Provide photographs of the shipment and packaging if requested.

Damaged Shipments

HHH Power Sports makes reasonable efforts to ship merchandise in proper condition.

Customers should inspect products immediately after receiving them.

For shipping-damage claims, HHH Power Sports may require:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Delivery date

  • VIN or serial number

  • Photographs

  • Video

  • Carrier delivery receipt

  • Description of the damage

  • Photographs of the crate or packaging

Do not discard damaged components, shipping crates, boxes, or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Replacement Parts for Shipping Damage

For eligible minor shipping damage or missing components, HHH Power Sports may provide replacement parts instead of accepting a full vehicle return.

The customer may be asked to provide photographs, videos, part information, VIN information, or mechanic documentation before replacement parts are approved.

Replacement-part availability and shipping times vary by manufacturer and product.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address when ordering.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping information causes:

  • Redelivery fees

  • Address-correction fees

  • Storage fees

  • Return freight

  • Additional carrier charges

the customer may be responsible for those costs.

Contact HHH Power Sports immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address.

Address changes may not be possible after an order has shipped.

Local Pickup

Certain products may be available for local pickup.

Customers should contact HHH Power Sports before arriving to confirm that the order is ready.

Pickup availability, preparation time, documentation requirements, and pickup hours may vary.

Valid identification and order verification may be required before merchandise is released.
